We know you have many questions, these are a couple we get from time to time.

What types of events do you specialize in?

We specialize in all types of events!

How long have you been in the industry?

We have been in business since 2018.

What is your approach to working with clients to understand their vision?

We make sure to understand the full scope of where the client wants to go with the content. With that conversation we're able to give options on how to build and tailer made experience.

Are you fully licensed and insured?

YES WE ARE!

What is the process for reviewing and approving the final edits?

within a week we send you and link with ALL the profs, where you can select the images you would like retouched. Then we send another link for final approval, if everything is approved we send you either a usb through the mail or/and a ZIP FILE link with all the images for your use.

Do you provide prints or albums? Are there additional fees for these?

Yes we can! All we need are the amount and sizes you'd need and we will give you options at all price points.

what if I already have footage? can you edit it?

Yes we can work with just about any video file you provide and we will with you to figure out the best method of delivery.

Do you provide all the necessary sound equipment and lighting?

Yes we do, just need to know the square footage of the space and the type of event so we have enough to give the event what it needs.

Are you able to provide MC services as well?

Yes we have 3 MCs on staff that can speak English or Spanish.

How early do you arrive for setup, and how long does breakdown take?

An hour to set up or break down, we arrive two hours ahead of time.

How do you handle cancellations or rescheduling, and is there a refund policy?

There is a $150 charge to reschedule if there is no communication prior to 7 days before the event, but we will try our hardest to be available for the new date.

Can we make changes to the package after booking, and is there a fee?

There is no fee to make changes!
